Call to Order and Related Business

Call to Order and Land Acknowledgement 

Deputy Mayor K. Principe called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and acknowledged that Agenda Review Committee meets on the traditional land of Treaty 6 Territory and Métis Homelands. The Acting Chair also acknowledged the diverse Indigenous peoples whose ancestors' footsteps have marked this territory for centuries such as: Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Nakota Sioux, as well as Métis and Inuit, and now settlers from around the world.

Roll Call

Deputy Mayor K. Principe conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of Agenda Review Committee.

Mayor A. Sohi was absent with notice.

Councillors J. Rice and K. Tang; A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, K. Stolarz, Deputy City Clerk and R. Zheng, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.
