That Attachment 2 be added to the Office of the City Clerk verbal report OCC00652, and that the actions outlined in Attachment 2 be approved and remain private pursuant to sections 24 (advice from officials) and 25 (harmful to the business interests of the public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
