That Attachment 1 be added to the May 25, 2021, Office of the City Clerk Verbal report OCC00661 and remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (confidential evaluations), 24 (advice from officials) and 25 (disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
    2. That the actions outlined in Attachment 1 of the May 25, 2021, Office of the City Clerk Verbal report OCC00661, be approved.
    3.
