Mayor D. Iveson called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2021.

Mayor D. Iveson conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of Council.

City Auditor Recruitment Consultant Update - Verbal report

A. Shourie, Leaders International, made a presentation and answered questions.
C. Oteiza-Ayres, Leaders International, answered questions.

  1. That Attachment 1 be added to the May 25, 2021, Office of the City Clerk Verbal report OCC00661 and remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (confidential evaluations), 24 (advice from officials) and 25 (disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
  2. That the actions outlined in Attachment 1 of the May 25, 2021, Office of the City Clerk Verbal report OCC00661, be approved.
  3. That the May 25, 2021, Office of the City Clerk Verbal report OCC00661 remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (confidential evaluations), 24 (advice from officials) and 25 (disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
