*Mayor D. Iveson is a Committee Member pursuant to section 15(3), Council Committees Bylaw 18156.

  1. That Attachment 1 be added to item 7.1 Update from the Chair  - Verbal report, and remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 
  2. That the City Clerk enter into a contract with MNP for the purpose as set out in the proposal contained in Attachment 1 of the February 22, 2021, Update from the Chair - Verbal report and that the contract be in form and content acceptable to the City Manager and that the funds be provided from the 2021 Office of the City Clerk operating budget.
  3. That the February 22, 2021, Update from the Chair - Verbal report remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
