Principe called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2023, and acknowledged that Community and Public Services Committee meets on the traditional land of Treaty 6 Territory and Métis Homelands. That remaining 2023 CSWB funding of $4,313,000 be returned to Financial Strategies and remain unallocated in order to generate surplus 2023 budget to partially offset the City of Edmonton projected 2023 tax-supported operating budget deficit.
