Call to Order

Mayor D. Iveson called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.

Roll Call

Mayor D. Iveson confirmed the attendance of the following Committee members: T. Caterina, J. Dziadyk, B. Esslinger, S. Hamilton, A. Knack, S. McKeen, M. Nickel, A. Paquette and M. Walters

Councillors T. Caterina, J. Dziadyk, B. Esslinger, S. Hamilton, A. Knack, S. McKeen, M. Nickel, A. Paquette and M. Walters participated electronically.

Councillor M. Banga was absent with notice.

Councillors T. Cartmell and B. Henderson were absent with notice for a portion of the meeting and participated electronically.

A. Laughlin, Interim City Manager; D. Beaudry, Deputy City Clerk; E. Norton and T. Orbell, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.

Adoption of Agenda

Mayor D. Iveson, on behalf of City Council, acknowledged and praised the efforts of doctors, nurses, healthcare workers and frontline staff for their extraordinary work during these challenging and unprecedented times and expressed gratitude to them and their families.
