Mayor D. Iveson called the meeting to order at 12:23 p.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

Roll Call

Mayor D. Iveson conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of City Auditor Recruitment Committee.

Mayor D. Iveson; and Councillors T. Cartmell, J.Dziadyk, A. Knack and M. Walters participated electronically.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk; and C. Schlamp, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.

  That the April 7, 2021, City Auditor Recruitment Committee meeting agenda be adopted.

C. Oteiza-Ayres, Leaders International, made a presentation and answered questions. A. Shourie, Leaders International; and A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, answered questions. 

City Auditor Recruitment Committee met in public at 12:47 p.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

  1. That Attachment 1 be added to the April 7, 2021, Office of the City Clerk report, OCC00505. 
  2. That the April 7, 2021, Office of the City Clerk report OCC00505, remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
