Councillor B. Esslinger called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

Councillor B. Esslinger conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of Code of Conduct Sub-Committee.

*Mayor D. Iveson is a Committee Member pursuant to section 15(3), Council Committee Bylaw 18156.

  That Code of Conduct Sub-Committee recommend to the February 9, 2021, Council Services Committee:

  That Council Services Committee recommend to City Council: 

  That Administration prepare a draft Social Media policy for City Council, that addresses blocking users and is based on Attachment 1 of the January 26, 2021, Office of the Integrity Commissioner report OCC00174, and return to Council Services Committee.
