Mayor D. Iveson called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

Roll Call

Mayor D. Iveson conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of City Auditor Recruitment Committee.

Mayor. D. Iveson; and Councillors T. Cartmell, J.Dziadyk, A. Knack and M. Walters participated electronically.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk; and C. Schlamp, Office of the City Clerk were also in attendance.

  That the April 21, 2021, City Auditor Recruitment Committee meeting agenda be adopted.

  1. That Attachment 1 be added to the April 21, 2021, Office of the City Clerk verbal report OCC00549. 
  2. That Attachment 2 be added to the April 21, 2021, Office of the City Clerk report OCC00549. 
  3. That the actions as outlined in Attachment 2 of the April 21, 2021, Office of the City Clerk verbal report, OCC00549 be approved.
