Councillors T. Cartmell, T. Caterina, J. Dziadyk, B. Esslinger, S. Hamilton, B. Henderson, A. Knack, S. McKeen, M. Nickel, A. Paquette and M. Walters participated electronically.

Councillor M. Nickel was absent with notice.

A. Laughlin, Interim City Manager; D. Beaudry, Deputy City Clerk; and S. McKerry and T. Orbell, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.
