A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, called the meeting to order at 12:19 p.m., Monday, November 15, 2021.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, conducted Roll Call and confirmed the attendance of Members of Council Services Committee.

Mayor A. Sohi was absent with notice.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, and T. Orbell and E. Norton, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, called for nominations for the position of Chair, Council Services Committee.

Councillor M. Janz nominated Councillor A. Knack for the position of Chair, Council Services Committee.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, asked if there were any further nominations. There being no other nominations, A. Giesbrecht declared the nominations closed.

    That Councillor A. Knack be elected as Chair, Council Services Committee.

Councillor A. Knack called for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair, Council Services Committee.

Councillor K. Principe nominated Councillor E. Rutherford for the position of Vice-Chair, Council Services Committee.

Councillor A. Knack asked if there were any further nominations. There being no other nominations, Councillor A. Knack declared the nominations closed.

    That Councillor E. Rutherford be elected as Vice-Chair, Council Services Committee.

    2. That the expenditures as outlined in Figure 2, of Attachment 1 of  the November 15, 2021, Office of the City Manager report OCC00848, be approved with funds from the Office of the Councillors 2021 Common Furniture Budget.

That the Quarter Four Common Travel Plan as outlined in Figure 1 of the November 15, 2021, Office of the City Manager report OCC00849, be approved and funded from the Office of the Councillors’ 2021 Common Travel and Conference Budget.
