Mayor A. Sohi called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2022, and acknowledged that Executive Committee meets on the traditional land of Treaty 6 Territory. The Chair also acknowledged the diverse Indigenous peoples whose ancestors' footsteps have marked this territory for centuries such as: Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Nakota Sioux, as well as Metis and Inuit, and now settlers from around the world.

Mayor A. Sohi conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of Executive Committee.

K. Stolarz, Deputy City Clerk; T. Orbell and C. McLuckie, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.

That an exemption to section 9(c) of Policy C575D (Agencies, Boards, Committees and Commissions) be granted to allow the individual listed in Attachment 18 to be reappointed to the Assessment Review Board for a one year extension beyond the maximum term limit and that an exemption to section 9(e) of Policy C575D (Agencies, Boards, Committees and Commissions) be granted to allow the individual listed in Attachment 19 to be appointed to the Assessment Review Board without at least two years having passed since this person was last a member of this Board.
      3. That the April 8, 2022, Office of the City Clerk report OCC01001 remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
