Councillor M. Walters called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2021.

Roll Call

Councillor M. Walters conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of City Auditor Recruitment Committee.

Mayor. D. Iveson; and Councillors T. Cartmell, J.Dziadyk, A. Knack and M. Walters participated electronically.

Mayor D. Iveson was absent without notice for a portion of the meeting.

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk; and M. Barnes, Office of the City Clerk were also in attendance.

  1. That the City Auditor Job Profile as outlined in Attachment 1 of the February 22, 2021, Office of the City Clerk report, OCC00415 be approved.

  2. That the February 22, 2021, Office of the City Clerk report OCC00415, remain private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
