A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m., Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

Roll Call
 

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, conducted Roll Call and confirmed the attendance of Members of City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee.

*Mayor A. Sohi is a Committee Member pursuant to section 15(3), Council Committee Bylaw 18156.

Councillors K. Principe, E. Rutherford and K. Tang; and C. Schlamp, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.

Election of Chair
 

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, called for nominations for the position of Chair, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee. 

Mayor Sohi nominated Councillor Rice for the position of Chair, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee. 

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, asked if there were any further nominations. There being no other nominations. A. Giesbrecht declared the nominations closed.

    That Councillor Rice be elected as Chair, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee

    Carried (4 to 0)

    A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk, vacated the Chair and Councillor Rice presided.

Councillor Rice called for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee. 

Councillor Paquette nominated Councillor Hamilton, for the position of Vice-Chair, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee. 

Councillor Rice asked if there were any further nominations. There being no other nominations, Councillor Rice declared the nominations closed.

    That Councillor S. Hamilton be elected as Vice-Chair, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee.
