Call to Order

Mayor D. Iveson called the meeting to order at 12:17 p.m., Tuesday, May 11, 2021.

Roll Call

Mayor D. Iveson conducted roll call and confirmed the attendance of Members of Council.

Mayor D. Iveson and Councillors M. Banga, T. Cartmell, T. Caterina J. Dziadyk, B. Esslinger, S. Hamilton, B. Henderson, A. Knack, M. Nickel, A. Paquette and M. Walters, participated electronically.

Councillors T. Caterina and  B. Esslinger were absent for a portion of the meeting without notice. Councillor S.McKeen was absent with notice. 

A. Giesbrecht, City Clerk; and C. Schlamp, Office of the City Clerk, were also in attendance.

A. Shourie and C. Oteiza-Ayres, Leaders International, made a presentation and answered questions.

  That the recommendation contained in Attachment 3 of the May 6/7, 2021, Office of the City Clerk report OCC00595 be approved, and remain in private pursuant to sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (confidential evaluations), 24 (advice from officials) and 25 (disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
