firm proposal for a Community Wellness Centre, including program statement

c. Delivering a strategic approach to

providers to partner and co-locate/consolidate into a renovated or
purpose-built Community Wellness Centre building,
3. solicitation of support and
financial commitments from philanthropic and government sources for both
construction and operation of a Community Wellness Centre.
